I have had the name Madelyn picked out for my DD since I was a teenager but I need help with a middle name pls!!!
My middle name is Lee the same as my mum and she really wants me to give it to my DD as well so Madelyn Lee. I don't really like Lee as I don't think it's very pretty. My mum will be hurt if I don't use it thou
Maybe I could go with 2 middle names?? What are your thoughts?? Any ideas??

I thinks it's beautiful
my middle name (well actually it's part of my dirt name) is Lee and with a feminine first name, it takes the 'masculinity' away from it I think.

Maybe spell it as Lea?

I really like the name combo- my MIL's first name is Lee and I have never thought of it as masculine

If it were me, I'd read that as "Leah". I know, Lea is the common female version of it. But sadly these days with everyone trying to make their child an individual little snowflake, spelling has nothing to do with pronunciation *chuckle*.
Although thinking on it, probably not too much of a problem with a middle name so it probably would work

lol
hi there
I had to lol when I saw this, only coz my neice is Madlyn Leigh (so spelt wee bit differently) and she's just gorgeous and not at all a boys name at all, we do shorten it to Maddy now she's bigger (13)!
I say go for it!

I love Madelyn, not so much Lee sorry
I was in the same boat. We loved Amity but had to have Ann as the middle name and I didn't like Amity Ann T.......... So last minute I decided Amity Isla-Ann T....... as I really wanted Amity Isla T.....
It kept the family happy and I was happy enough with it aswell. Is there any other names you love that you could add in to seperate the 2 names? Madelyn Lee seems like to many L's to close together imo. But again My oppinion really means nothing at all. AND if you named your child that and told me I wouldn't think anything negative about it

I agree with spelling it 'Leigh'.
I think it's pretty.
