Default VARTA lecture:Crossing borders for fertility care: Where should the line be drawn?"

The Victorian Assisted Reproductive Treatment Authority is proud to announce that Professor Eric Blyth will deliver this year’s Louis Waller Lecture, on the topic "Crossing borders for fertility care: Where should the line be drawn?" Professor Blyth is Professor of Social Work at the University of Huddersfield in the UK. His lecture will explore reproductive tourism, the competing rights and interests of parties involved and the intersection with the law.
This annual lecture was established to acknowledge the significant contribution Emeritus Professor Louis Waller AO has made to the development of regulatory regimes in Assisted Reproductive Technology.
The Louis Waller Lecture will take place on Tuesday 3 July, 6pm to 7.30pm at the Vibe Savoy Hotel, Melbourne. This lecture will be popular, so to avoid disappointment register now. www.varta.org.au or phone 03 8601 5250 for more information
