Thank you all for your nice words of sympathy and encouragement, and gentle hugs/pats on back - I knew it would help!
Am feeling better today, the chills and aches are mostly gone, though still painful b00b. DS decided to drill it with his toy drill this morning, which was fun, not! And have sent DD into childcare, so only one child to look after which helps too.
I've been pretty lucky that in four years of feeding my two, this is the only time I've had a bad dose of it.
Trishalicious, so nice you have that in common with your mothers group!
