She'd eat them daily if we let her! Beans on toast is her favourite meal, rating above icecream!

Oh for goodness sake! Your Aunt is nothing but an old biddy who needs to keep her mouth shut.

Spaghetti and Baked Beans are NOT lazy foods at all.

Baked beans are kidney brand covered in sauce. Excellent food for everyone. In the top 10 foods people should eat. Just as healthy as lentils and chickpeas. Infact they are all part of the same family. Dd loves them. Nothing better than baked beans and dippies!

Now I can't sleep because all I want is baked beans on toast. Ooo I can't wait for breakfast!!

Baked Beans are full of fibre, contain plant based iron and plant based calcium and plant based protein (plant based nutrients are easier for the body to metabolize), low GI, they are full of fibre, they are cheap and easy to prepare. They are considered to be a super food, and are possibly and anti-cancer food.
    This!

    Or am I extremely weird....
Straight out of the fridge and still in the can is my favorite!! I would eat baked beans all the time when I was younger... Still do now about 2-3 times a week.
