    Default Heavy Bleeding After EPU?

Hi girls, I had my pickup last Wednesday... So 4 days ago. I had over 30 follicles but not a great deal of mature eggs, transfer was cancelled due to the number of follies.

I have been feeling fine, no signs of OHSS (I used synarel as a trigger to avoid it). I had been bleeding the first day and then light spotting up until today, I woke with really heavy bleeding and reasonably bad cramping. It almost feels like a period. I didnt have this after last pickup, but I also didn't have as many follicles.

    I am a bit worried.

Seriously, I would call your clinic nurse. Heavy bleeding doesn't sound right- and I was told to call if it happened. Maybe they nicked a blood vessel during the EPU and you are having internal bleeding? I would get it checked ASAP.
Hope it is nothing and you get lots of frosties.
