Organ Donation - WDY Tick?

(Hopefully the Multiple choice option works on that!)
Personally, I tick "YES" ...I'd love to be able to help someone out once my time is up - science is progressing so much..I think it is truly amazing what can be done now!
...the rest of me can be donated to science if they can find use for it..remainder can go up in smoke and be scattered where ever my family (kids & DP if we are still together - otherwise ...just the kids) choose to.
Aslong as it is not kept in a jar or buried!

I would choose YES for myself then cremate/bury the remainder.
For DS, if the unthinkable happened and he were to pass before he can make his own decision, It would b NO as his father is strongly against it (can't give me a reason why, just is)

We don't have that on our forms I don't think. But I am a registered organ donor. Why? Because I don't need them when I'm dead and someone can benefit from them.
The rest of my body can be cremated.

Yes and considering my own DD2 may need a lung transplant one day I would be a hypocrite to say no

Everything but my eyes... That kinda creeps me out a bit for no good reason that I can think of

I need to register because the forms here dont have the organ donation option on them, but on my Perth id's on the ones I can I am listed as an organ donor.
I thought they were making it across the board for registering it with medicare as not all people have licenses and stuff.
