Has the person been to a sleep study before? If so they can arrange if dianosed with sleep apneoa

Mum got hers from a chemist, from memory mum paid $1800 but there were cheaper ones

Depends on the machine the sleep specialist recommends. They vary a lot in price and the masks are $2-400 as well.
Some chemists also rent them out, so you would pay monthly and just have to purchase the mask
