I have been reading the forum for a few weeks now. I am 5 wks, 2 days with our first bub, due on 23rd jan.
We live in a country town and private health cover makes no difference here, we are thinking of travelling to sydney and having our baby in either nepean or hawkesbury as a private patient.
Does anyone know of an obstetrician that will do elective c sections as a private patient in that area? I don't have a medical reason for wanting the c section, it is something I have looked into and I feel that it is the best option for us. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated, just not sure what to do or who to go to.
