Congrats Arli! Your HCG looks great. Fingers crossed your progesterone goes up. That's what happened to me last time - I had to go to 4 pessaries a day. x

And vitamin C- Tcm told me yesterday oysters are great for the swimmers (zinc). There is a vitamin c + zinc supplement not sure what brand, when I find it I'll let you know.

Zinc is also really important for us too. Zinc is what our cells need to divide & multiply. I read some study that showed (in mice) that during the follicular phase the eggs basically became ravenous for zinc & suddenly the amount of zinc being used by the follies jumped hugely, to get them to that last bit of maturation. Last time most of my follies kind of stopped in the last few days to let one or 2 lead follies really go for it, so I am definitely going to have enough zinc this time, to try and get more of them to keep powering on to the final stage. It also apparently helps them divide & grow into embryos. And yes, oysters are an amazing source of zinc!

I love oysters, but DH won't touch them. It's a shame because I work near the fish markets & regularly go at lunchtime to buy fish for dinner. I look at the oysters & think I should get some of those too, as an entree. But the minimum you can buy is 6. Hmmm, once I'm stimming (if that ever comes!) I will just get them, and throw away what I can't eat. Good luck tomorrow Clem!!! Sorry I can't space out these posts better. It's only on my work PC. It also won't let me do links or emoticons on here ... but it used to.

Unfortunately no. He only had five straws frozen in 2006, and after this next cycle we'll have used three of them. So after that there will be only one more try before we try alternate procedures and then donor.
