    Default Dreams

You know those dreams you have right before a big event like a birthday etc where you dream everything's gone wrong or you dream that you slept thought it. Or the dreams where you may have started work and then when you sleep that night you dream your at work still so you get no proper rest.

Does anyone else have dreams like this?

Yes! I call them the 'missed the bus to school camp' dreams because they are the earliest version I remember. Yep, any big event I'll dream I missed it/mucked it up somehow. Then wake up in a panic hours too early

Yep, often. Having your anxieties played out to you when you're trying to sleep really puts a damper on a good night's sleep!
