Default PPP parenting group or seminar??

Anyone know the difference between a ppp grouP and a ppp seminar?

I'd like to do a course but I don't know what the difference is.. Thanks

I'm not completely certain on this but I think the seminar is like a one off few hours covering a particular topic eg "raising resilient children" but the group is run over several sessions and involves many more issues.
