Going out 12 months, moved in together and DH proposed soon after. We were married 12 months later and have been marked 5 years this September.

I was engaged to another guy once, probably going out a year when he proposed and stayed engaged for 3 years without ever really even talking about a wedding let alone planning it. I think we both knew, well me especially, that it would never result in a marriage.

18 months into our relationship, he proposed.
Coming up to 6 years into our relationship, nearly 4 years engaged, and we are still yet to marry. Was meant to this year in Sept but we have decided to build a house so I have compromised and we will plan to get married once we have built our house.
