Is it possible for me to have nipple thrush without my DS getting oral thrush?
I seem to have all the symptoms of it but my son doesn't have anything in his mouth.

Yes that's possible. You could try treating for thrush and if it starts improving that may be it (if not no huge harm in treating for a few days with the cream)
