Hi ladies I don't (touch wood) have conception problems but I thought as a lot of you ladies are very knowledgeable this would be a good place to ask.
I'm currently taking a vitamin B complex because my LP is 11 days, and I've been told that whilst it's not a bad LP it could be improved by B.
Great! So for the last 3 or so weeks I've been on B and I have to admit there's been some really good improvements. Normally at O time I cramp and have terrible skin the way I do just a few days before AF. As of this cycle, I've had mild cramping and that's it. So I'll continue taking it either way as it's helped in that respect.
Anyway my question is, can anyone tell me exactly HOW taking B helps? I realise it's supposed to extend LP, but does it do so by bringing your O date further ahead in your cycle? I'm curious because for the last three cycles I've Od on cd19. This cycle I Od on cd15 which is a rather large difference! I know that date can change and that it's only the LP that usually doesn't change, but I find it really odd that for 3 months I've Od on cd15 and then suddenly I O on cd15. The only difference has been the B so I'm wondering if that's what's done it?
Anyway, any insight would be fantastic if anyone has some

Have a look into Vitex tablets, they help with regulating LP phases.
