I agree with fiveinthebed.
Surely the hospital staff will know the bite was from adult due to size etc so they may have to report it themselves.

I didn't even think of hospital!! Thanks ladies, I know it's going to cause dramas, but being the third time he has treated my kids like this, I can't just let it slide.

its one thing to bite a child (very old school to do it when they bite you - some people still think its appropriate .. I haven't done it with mine) - BUT to draw blood??? that is FULL ON.
I know that if you do go to hospital (which .. from previous posts about diseases I would be inclined to do) they will undoubtedly have to fill in forms because it is an adult sized bite on a child
I dont blame your DS not wanting to go back how scary for him .. to be so little and be bitten by someone so much bigger

Oh my god you poor thing and your poor child!
Like others have said, I'd go to the hospital and then police. That is just insane... I cannot believe anyone would do that.

Like everyone else has said, hospital & police.
I'd also be saying that you're NEVER going there if this person is there ever again and advise them you're going to the police. What happened was serious, serious action is to be taken. How scary for your child!

Call the police 110% and avoid him at all costs.

OMG! I can't believe anyone would do that, your poor DS.
I would definitely take him to the hospital and have it reported through them as a child abuse case, I'm assuming your mum would stand up for you verifying you had nothing to do with this horrific incident but I think the hospital would know how best to treat it and report it so it doesn't happen again, to any child.
