    Default Need to lose the wobble!

    Hey all! Got little 6month old Eli, and was wondering where around here on the gold coast has anybody got a pram/bub friendly fitness-fat blasting workout group?? I can't just get a gym membership cause I can't take bub And sit him in the pram for 1-2 hours while I sweat my guts off.. And I can't get anyone to look after him.. What in your opinion are some good pram friendly groups to work the wobble off?

    The Gold Coast City Council run a mums and bubs fitness class all over the Coast and its only $5 a class. If you look on their website they should have all the days/locations. There is also another group called East Coast Fitness (I think) they run a mums and bubs class on the Southern end (not sure where abouts on the Coast you are). HTH

    Hi Fenix Fitness have a crèche for babies from 8 weeks old. Also, the mums and bubs fitness classes at Benowa Botanical Gardens are supposed to be good

    I used to go to One Life in Broady and the girls loved the crèche. It was really cheap too. I did an hour there 2-3 times a week.

    I was looking at signing up at empire fitness on Brisbane rd once bub is born and 6 weeks, always so daunting joining a gym by yourself or where you don't know anyone. Eeeek!!
