I have been having period type pain on and off for a few days. It feels worse each time but only lasts maybe an hour then will have nothing for a few hours then in starts again. Also having some back pain. Last night when I wiped I noticed a blob of what looked like snot, not clear but no distinct colour, just kind of cloudy creamy colour I guess. I had more again this morning. Could this be my mucus plug?
