    A child must be provided with their own separate sleeping space, a parent can have a 1br place and state they sleep on the lounge providing the child has their own bed (I have no idea what age a parent legally can not share with a child, I dont think the law covers this just that the child must have the option to sleep ib their own bed)

    I would ne speaking to a lawyer as they can guide you better than we can.

    I think it depends on the children. If they are only staying with their dad every second weekend they might feel more comfortable being in with him. I've always co slept and would have no issues if dp wanted to co sleep if I wasnt there.

    Sorry I didn't read the post properly! I wouldnt even want my children visiting if that was the case regarding the porn etc! I hope you find a solution soon!!
