So it seems im having a recation to milk. Recently i have been experiencing some digestive problems (nausea, diarrehea, wind, bloating etc) and i decided i would see if milk was the problem. It turns out it is. If i have it in my coffee 2 days in a row i get these symptoms again.
The thing is im fine with yogurt, cream(cooked), butter and cheese.
So my question is, what is it in the milk that couild be doing this? Also, i tried soy milk and its GROSS, anything else i can try to have im my morning coffee?Any ideas/advice would be great.
Oh and im ok if the milk is boiled, like in a bechemel sauce etc.

Could also be lactose? Milk has a far higher lactose percentage than yogurt and cheese

It's probably the increased lactose in milk. I find I'm usually ok with low fat milk but if I have full fat or milkshake/ ice cream I regret it! Try zymill milk it is lactose free and works for me

I would have said lactose until you mentioned the bit about cooking the milk.
That then indicates the problem a protein that is damaged (i.e. made safe for you) by heat treatment, and is predigested by bacteria (yoghurt and cheese), and dissolves best in water not fat (it's not noticeable to you in cream or butter).
I don't know if you make your morning coffee based on boiled water or hot milk.
You can make your morning coffee on water and add cream.
(You can check whether or not lactose is the problem by trying the lactose-free milks.)
