    Default sand eatiing

my DD who is a big 2 in june, wont stop eating sand! at daycare when i pick her up her mouth is covered in sand, and when she poops the next day its mainly sand. the ladies try and make her not eat it but she still does. even when she isnt at daycare and she is with us she tries she picks up a big hand full and shovels it in, spits out some but the rest she swallows. iv tried and tired to stop her, nothing is working. DH's mum suggested worming her, we did and its done nothing. any ideas?

I don't know how to fix it, but DD loves eating sand. Now she is a bit older she understands it hurts when it comes back out, but she still does it occasionally.

My 4yo still eats sand, to the point if licking it up, why bother using his hands

I honestly wouldn't worry about it
