Are you trying to get pregnant? or at least maybe hoping? I only ask because ive seen a couple of your threads about thinking you could be pregnant.
As the others have said antibiotics stop your pill working (your doctor would have explained this) so id be very careful until AF arrives. How far away is AF have you thought about implanon or even an IUD they are amazing and far less stress than the pill.
Hope you get the answer you're looking for OP

Maybe you should consider the implanon or something more reliable. You seem to go through a lot of these situations so perhaps you need something more reliable if you REALLY don't want another baby...maybe double up with condoms, too?

My period is meant to come around the 26th May, but I have bled from May 14th til now. When it first happened it was brown and now it's very light pink when I wipe. It hurts when I pee too so THAT in itself could be my uti returning.
And no I do not want to be pregnant. I am scared about what else it could be though.
My last period was 26th April and lasted 4 days. It was a normal period. This doesn't seem like a normal period though, it seems lighter (not the colour I mean the flow).

It was probably breakthrough bleeding from the antibiotics making the pill not work, did your dr warn you that they can effect the pill?

Yeah he did, nothing about breakthrough bleeding though, hopefully that's all it is.

I think you should look into a more reliable contraceptive like mirena, depo or implanon. This is a new relationship and I believe I read that you had a pregnancy scare last month as well? Obviously something isn't working for you. Do you really want to be a single mum to 4 kids because that's what you face.

Def look into something else Cass.
You've said previously that the pill was what you were on when you concieved other children, so it's obviously not that reliable for you.
I'd say it's probably just a bit of breakthrough bleeding.
Because of the pain and the possibility of a UTI though, I'd see a doctor as the blood may not be vaginal but instead something else.

As I have said, no. I do not want to be pregnant. I wasn't looking for judgments. I am on the pill and have been taking it properly so I don't know what's happened. I would love another baby one day in the future (like in a few years) not now.

And yes, one of my children were concieved on the pill (actually two pregnancies were, but one ended in miscarriage), but I had not been on the pill very long (only a few weeks from memory) whereas I have been on the pill now 5 months.
