Skinny cow.. It's not perfect, but great when you need a sweet hit!

A light yogurt. A light hot chocolate. Fruit salad. Saladas or cruskets with healthy topping.

After dinner is my worst time for snacking too!

I have a water bottle that I fill up and keep drinking from. Also the Yoplait Forme No Fat yoghurt is nice - they do a variety of flavours, even a sticky date pudding one!!

Vita-weat with a slice of low-fat cheese is good too.

Subscribing - obviously needed as I just polished off two iced donuts, well really I just nibbled the icing off the top of both so that only counts as one, right?!!! Lol

Great topic. Something I am guilty of too and I know if I could stop myself eating this late, it will definitely help me to lose weight and the belly.

That is the hardest time of the day for me too. I have a huge pot of peppermint tea and that helps me avoid junk at that time of the night. Or if I'm really struggling, I steam a pear and sprinkle some cinnamon on top - its very sweet and hits the spot. You could also try a small square of dark choc (no bigger than a credit card size)
Yum! What a great idea, I love cinnamon & pears.

    Just found this idea.
Frozen banana whizzed up with Greek yogurt, apparently tastes like banana ice cream. I am so trying this tomorrow and I will let you all know how it goes.
