    Crossfit !! It's awesome!!
    Agree with others though if you can tone and build muscle it will give you a nice shape, and as women we don't have enough testosterone to get all bulky.

    i do crossfit 4 times a week.

    i love it! its different every night.
    last night i did 60 snatch lifts with 20kg and 60 back squats with 20kg

    You just need to tell a personal trainer what you require he/she will put a program together for you. I do situps, squats, leg raises (for the bum and inner and outer thighs), lots of walking and use dumb bells to keep arms toned. A protein rich diet also helps.

    I do the lesmills classes. Bodypump especially will give you a good overall muscle tone.

    Crossfit is the most amazing thing I have ever been introduced to! It makes you feel powerful and strong, I went from doing nothing to now doing handstands, ring work, box jumps, pb last night of a 110kg dead lift and did 30reps clean and jerk in under 3mins when my very first attempt took me almost 8!! I have never felt more fit in my life, as i lose weight it has helped everything tone up and shape nicely not just sag
