Just looking for some advice about this.... 4 months ago my platelets were measuring at 150, which is borderline (normal levels are 150-400) and last week when i had bloods done again they came back at 106. I'm having more bloods done in 3 weeks, but have been advised by my MW that another client of hers saw a naturopath and they were able to recover her platelet levels. So i've booked in to have a consult with a naturopath to see what is suggested by him. I just wondered if anyone knows what else i can do? We are planning a homebirth, which we obviously won't do if the levels don't rise, the thought of haemorrhaging scares the poo out of me. My MW also mentioned that if the levels drop too much further they will look into steroid injections...
