    Talking Perth Sperm donor please

We have been married 8 years. I'm 28 and healthy. We've tried a vasectomy reversal twice, now he has low testosterone and doesn't want to go through any more operations.

Please help us with this great gift. Hubby is blue eyes and browny blonde as is our 1st ivf daughter. We are looking for Blue to hazel eyes and blonde to dark brown hair. Contact to be limited to after 16y/o. We only hope he would be happy to talk to the child when the time comes to meet. Proof of sperm count and health check would be great. But we can test if needed.
WA men only as we don't want travel to be an issue. Were in the Country great southern area. AI only Thank you.

Thanks to all those that consider sperm donation.

Hi mumwantsmore, you may have more luck by advertising that you will cover all medical and travel expenses. not all men will go out and have sperm tests one, that usually needs to be paid for by the recipient. and as far as eye/haircolor, my husband has brown eyes and my daughter came out hazel eyed. just a thought to maybe be more open about it. xx

Yes! Sorry but I found your criteria to be rather demanding. Just a note, too that under WA law, anonymous donations are not possible. The donor will have to leave identifying information so that the child can access this information when they come of age, if they so choose. If you don't want an ongoing relationship it is best to just not mention it. There is no way of forcing the donor to keep their details up to date with the clinic though so whether they do this may depend a lot on the relationship you build with them. Asking someone to stay away until the child possibly wants to meet them when they are 16 is probably not going to do that for you. Why do you think there is an 18 month wait for donors? In WA, donors are few and far between and you take whatever offer you are lucky to receive, particularly if you aren't willing to travel. Specifying eye and hair colour like you are picking and choosing is not going to get you there. Try being humble about your request and coming from a place of gratitude should you be successful.

    ie
My husband and I would dearly like to provide our daughter with a sibling and need a sperm donor in order to accomplish this. We are willing and able to meet all associated expenses such as tests, counselling and travel and would be deeply grateful if you would consider donating for our family. Include some information about your family as well.
