Default Strange little tingles under my tummy skin

I'm 18 weeks pregnant first time and last few days or so have been feeling weird little tingles under my belly skin about midway, they're not annoying just feel strange and sometimes it feels like they crawl across my belly a little.
Has anyone else felt this? Is it just from my belly starting to stretch out and my skin starting to accomodate more roundness?
I haven't felt any 'bubbles' or 'flutters' that I know of, but then I have an anterior placenta which will be absorbing a lot of movement my OB said.
Felt a little sensation of pressure from the inside last night, not sure if that was bub moving or my imagination.
How badly do we first timers want to feel that movement sensation, that we think 'oh..was that one?'...'oh, maybe that was one?'

I though it felt a bit like a drop of water running down the inside of my belly the first few times.
I think its when he is turning over. Now 20 weeks and can feel him kick and and wiggle.
Never felt like a flutter but thats ok, still feels amazing and weird and wonderful
