    Default birth control ?

I just got birth control pill from the doctor he said to just start taking it from now and there is no need to wait for a period to start. I have never done this before do I just start on the active tablets or the big white ones?
also can I take it at night as long as its the same time every night??

I would probably wait for Af because it takes 7 days to start working and if your mid cycle at the moment and you don't want a little surprise then i would wait but that's just me. You can take it at night also.

It's much easier to start and keep track of if you start at AF, and there's less chance of spotting and general messing around with your cycle. The packet should also include instructions to help you decide when to start taking them
