My plan of attack is to cut down my portion sizes, stop snacking on crap and get to the gym 5 days a week.

The secret to weight loss is as easy as burning less calories than you consume. You can't train off a bad diet. I never eat carbs in the evening. My biggest meal is breakfast. I walk for 45 minutes everyday. I eat meat for breakfast with nuts, a nice sized lunch and an even smaller dinner. If you're going to the gym you should concentrate on heavy weights not small 2kg ones. You should always have a protein shake, one with fat burner properties. I could go on and on but by doing this I lost 5.8kg in 8 days last month. Muscle weighs more than fat also, if you really wish to make a change to your diet you should take before and after photos as this is a better indication of what you look like, kg mean nothing. Pm me if you need support. Good luck

I'm still breastfeeding so I still need to make sure I'm getting enough to keep my milk supply up. I know I eat well when I concentrate on it, my nutrition is spot on but my self control is not.
I have to say I will not drink those protein shakes crap, they're just full of chemical crap, I only eat real food.

I am finding it very hard to get out and exercise as I have 2 boys plus a home business and I just cant find the time.
I dont eat as well as I could as its mostly finding something I inhale before bubs wakes or eating one handed while working, etc.
Love to join so if you have tips I am all ears!

I will join! I have 5-7 to lose.
For me wine is evil! Why oh why does it have to have calories... Life is not fair.
I'm on about 1500 cals a day. It works ( when I stick to it)
And I have the same old story "battling with the same 5kg"
I have started working out more. On Wednesday I walked 1.5 hours and yesterday I did an hour. Today I'm feeling super lazy. I have to force myself to at least go for a 30 min walk.

I'll join you all!
I gained 20kg in pregnancy and so far at 8 weeks post partum I have lost 13kg so have 7 left. I am only looking to lose 5kg though
My main goal is to get back to being toned... I feel really flabby more than anything.
So far I have been walking everyday and have had DD in the Ergo for most of the day (even for the walks). I have also been loosely watching what I eat but am not too strict on myself. I just don't eat fast foods and eat sweets in moderation.
We have holidays in Byron Bay in September and Hawaii in December so I really want to be fit and in shape by the end of winter.
