Hi my name is Zoe and I am looking for lovely ladies who can talk to me about their reasons for not exercising while pregnant. I am putting together an article about this, which looks at the pros and cons of exercising while pregnant and speaking to a range of people about their personal choices.
I have also spoken to obstetricians about their opinions and guidelines.
If you are an NSW based mum who is expecting, and would be happy to chat to me via email or on the phone about why you have decided not to exercise during pregnancy, whether the reason be medical, personal or because you just don't have time because you already have a family I would love to hear from you.
