    Default Rent assistance centrelink forms

    Hi,

    I am wondering if anyone can help I am trying to find somewhere on the centrlink site where I can print off forms for rent assistance or do I have to ring or go into a branch??

    TIA I am having no luck finding it,

    I went in with the lease and they fixed it up on the spot for me. The forms were too confusing - or I just had no patience lol

    Also what is the cut off amount I cannot seem to see it all I find is it is means tested but no actual amount.
