Ok so my weekly menu got a little screwed up this week sigh, I had a great plan of having spaghetti Bol on one night and lasagna the next but it didn't eventuate. So the spaghetti sauce is already done and in my fridge from Wednesday night, would it still be ok to use for a lasagna tonight?
I'm pretty cautious when it comes to food and throw things out at the slightest flaw cause I'm paranoid about giving someone food poisoning lol
Would you use it or get rid our it?

How long does spaghetti Bol mince last?

I would probably chuck it , I am very cautious though when it comes to already cooked stuff in fridge usually if we don't eat it the next day I chuck it

I personally don't eat any leftovers after the day after its been cooked. I'd chuck it.

I wouldn't... If left overs aren't used the day after they get binned the next morning. I'm just a bit funny about it.

lol I must be either very tight or living on the edge, I would still use it! If i cooked it at home myself, and knew it had been properly stored, and it tasted and smelled OK. I would be OK with 3-4 days in the fridge
Hmmm having said that i prob would not chance it with the kids, JIK... but DH & I would eat it for sure. DH will actually eat anything unless there is something visibly growing on it and even then sometimes

Next time, toss it straight in the freezer if your plans get out of whack.
