    Default Charting question

    Hi girls

I have been charting now for the past 4 days and have wondered if the room temp when testing makes any difference to the reading. As it is very cold atm (I'm in Tassie) in the mornings when I test does that mean I shoudl warm the BBT up? It said something like that in the instructions but I'm not sure if I read it properly. This mornings reading seemed very low. (35.55 degrees Celcius)
    Any ideas anyone?

Thank you and I hope everyone is having a great weekend!!!

No, because your body regulates itself according to its surrounding temperatures.
