Do you think it's gender discrimination for a male to be allowed into an area bare chested, but for a female to be banned from the exact same area for not wearing a top (i.e.: breasts completely exposed).

I think both man and woman should have to wear clothes when out and about. But a woman chest is more sexual then a mans but I think same rule for everyone.

I do think its odd that a womans breasts out are fine as long as you cant see the nipple. Push up bra or barely there bikini is A-ok, but a pink/brown/whatever coloured circle is exposure. Its odd.
I remember my brother was in love with Jennifer Aniston back when we were in school and he had a poster of her ,from my TV Hits magazine, in panties and no top but had her fingers over her nipples.....totally acceptable... yet remove the fingers and it would have been in Playboy.

I don't know, I rather enjoy walking past worksites with the buff men topless, can't say I would feel the same about a woman or a less buff man
I actually hate topless waitresses, they were on the other night when we went out for dinner every single woman in the place was in a tiny room avoiding it. not a fan of male strippers either though

What's good for the gander...
I think we are hugely uptight about bare breasts in our society - we need to be more European. They're just boobs!

This reminds me of a facebook page called "Put a shirt on, it's not that hot in here and neither are you"...lol

Some men have bigger moobs then what some woman have in the way of boobs. So should those men be made to cover up as well?
