    Touche Eclat!

So... first put on serum/ moisturiser/ whatever you normally put under foundation. Then your foundation. Then Touche Eclat under your eyes, on your brow bone, and on any other area where you want light (I sometimes put it in the nose to mouth creases too).

Then do your normal blusher/ rest of makeup. Works awesomely.

Lots of water, good diet and a multivitamin, and of course sleep but even on minimum sleep I dont get bags under my eyes and drink about 3litres of water a day. Dark circles are a sign of toxins in the body.

Eh! Wiki says there are tons of different causes.
Think mine might be hereditary because I'm SO fair.

    Lots of water.

I am not a very healthy person and of very very fair skin. But drinking lots of water my skin clears up nice and and I dont have dark circles under my eyes. I dont eat bad at all. Just dont excersize like I should.

A little foundation can even out the dark without anyone seeing.
