    Default Boy names... help please!

    Hey ladies,

So we found out the we are having another boy today, i knew it all along so had been trying to find some boy names, trouble is that i like not so common names and DP like the all so boring names like John for example, i am still trying to push for Cruz as a name as the other option was just too far out there for him, but i thought i would be nice and try and look for other names but i REALLY can't find anything, why are boy names so hard!

So suggestion on names that are a little different from your common John, Matt, James, Sam etc but not too far out there so a guy may actually say yes to some of them.

Hi OP, we used Alexander and call him Alex. His middle name is John, this was the only name DH suggested and I happened to like it so we went with it! I wanted Oliver, Oscar or Ethan but DH didn't like any of them and they are not even unusual names. Goodluck with the naming decision!

I always liked Owen for a boy - I also like Anthony, Damien and Seth.

Some of the 'unusual' names I like are Hudson, Archer, Elliott, Jonah, Finn, Abe, Marcus and Garrett.

One of the names I have chosen is Quinn, its not too "out there" but not too common either.
