    You could always have them as snacks between healthy meals (that is what they suggest also, not sure about with BF'ing though).

    Hi all, today is day 2 and I have a really bad headache. I am trying to drink water and have actually had some fruit yesterday avo and today. I am not sure if it is due to the cookie diet or something else. I havent had a headache like this in ages.
    I will update next week if I have lost any weight.

    Hi all, I am feeling much better. It has almost been one week and I have lost around 2kg (just under, I have trouble reading the scales as Im a little short sighted!)
    I am not following a strict cookie only diet, I am also having the rest of my Optislim shakes (Each shake = 2 cookies approx)

    I am having 2 shakes per day, 2 pieces of fruit, 3 cookies and dinner which is usually some type of meat, a small amount of pasta or rice and lots of steamed vegies.

    Ummm you might as well just eat tim tams, same calorie count. It isn't a good diet, it isn't teaching you to eat properly, portion control etc and will not be sustainable. I'd save your money and not bother with this fad.

    Lol. Me on a cookie diet would result in me doing a cookie monster impersonation.

    Im pretty impressed with anyone who can follow those sorts of diets. Is it for an amount of time, or do you do it indefinitely?
