    Default Epu

Egg Pick Up went very smoothly. Prior to going in I knew there were 4 definate and 2 'maybe' follicles, they said maybe the 2 tailgater smaller ones might not have eggs, or they might not be mature enough to use. Last thing I wondered as I went under was 'how many eggs I will I get?'. The procedure itself didn't cause any problems- no pain at all. I woke very refreshed and had a cup of tea and slice of raisin toast. The scientist came in and let me know they found 6 eggs and she would call later and let me know (after all the science part) if they what were mature enough.
Called at 3pm by the scientist: Now for the drum roll... all mature! All 6 fertilised and right now potentially growing. Whooo Hoooo!!! Fertilisation report for my 6 possibilities is tomorrow morning- then I will know what 'took'.

If enough grow and are still good by day 3 then we continue with a goal of day 5 transfer.
So excited, but nervous all at once. I only need one, and need it to stick and stay.

Post EPU... annoying cramping at intervals. I love my heat pack.

    Additional comment:
2WW is meant to be the most stressful right?
Nobody mentioned the 5 day wait wondering if your embryos are growing.
