I believe it's only the one treatment.
Give them one treatment for now and ask your pharmacist next time you see them.

One lot now, and then be vigilant in washing hands, buy some antibacterial wipes and use them on the toilet seat and door handle and taps after your kids use the toilet. Put fresh undies on them every night and morning, after a bath, telling them to make sure to wash their bottom to wash away any eggs. Wash their sheets daily too for the first few days, and if they have carpet in their rooms vacuum the carpet near their bed in the morning.
Then you give them another lot in 2 weeks to make sure you have killed the cycle. And treat the adults too!
