i have lost 28kg over 16 months. I have sagging skin, on my tummy, on my legs, on my underarms. during my 2nd pregnancy the stretch marks on my legs appeared, after that pregnancy the stretch marks under my arms appeared. stretch marks on my stomach from my first pregnancy. as i have lost the weight things have shrunk but i am left with wrinkly loose skin. it does not look pretty when i do a plank! i will keep working at it (i mostly do long distance running) and i do boxing and other core/toning exercises in the week, but with me, 15 years of abusing my body with junk has taken its toll and this is the results. no one can say, work out harder and your skin will tighten up, thats just not true. i know people who don't exercise and go back to tight and toned after weight loss, others are left with sagging wrinkling skin. it comes down to diet, health, skin elasticity, genetics.

to cope with it, you just have to figure out which clothes are going to suit you. ie. i will wear high waisted pants, (i.e.. not hipsters) or waistbands that are thick around the middle. loose tops, or material that is thick and sits over the tummy, not cling. my arms are still on the big size so i don't wear cuffed/elasticised sleeves. i wear flared knee length jeans a lot, as they make my legs look slimmer.
