I was lucky to have a reduction in migraine while pregnant, but were back about 4 months PP. I have atypical/ complex migraine with a high chance of stroke, and use Imigran nasal spray, phenergan and panadol. The panadol/Aspirin used to work well, but I became allergic to NSAIDS.
It sucks :-(
Commiserations to everyone.

I have had a few of these moments....
And unfortunately my neurologist has said no more babies for me because of the stroke risk (my migraine triggers are mostly hormonal) so I was very lucky with my pregnancy.
