When we call their service, we have always been treated with the upmost respect. I have also asked them where they are usually based, and the one we currently have had visit a few times is based in the paediatric section of a very large Hospital by day.
We hadn't ordered one . He just come barging in and yelled out. "did
Anyone ring a dr" then when we said no he just ran out.

I know this thread is really old but I thought I might add We used to have a family care membership and, yes, they were rubbish my GP switched over to these guys http://www.1300homedr.com.au/ and they've been marvelous. Much better service, bulk billing and you don't need an annual membership!
