    Default The healthiest bread available

I am looking at adjusting my eating and my kids eating to go back to basics and try to cut out alot of preservatives, flavours, colours and additives.

What is the healthiest bread available? Should I consider making my own?

Essene Bread ( or other sprouted breads) are meant to be one of the healthiest , you can find them at most organic shops, or sourdough (rye or wholemeal or spelt) is our favorite!
Mountain bread is also great as it is very thin and great for wraps

We love country life organic rye, Coles and woollies both sell it. It's nice and soft.
