I'm nearly 15 weeks pregnant and have broken out in horrible pimples (acne) on my body. Trying to get into my gp but he's booked out today. Was just wondering if anyone has experienced this and knows of anything over the counter or natural that is safe to use during pregnancy. TIA

I had that at around week 15 too, mine only lasted around a week then cleared up though. I'm not sure why, but I did start taking new fish oil tablets around the same time (Natures Way Fish Oil 1000mg + vit d3 and iodine, found it at Woolworths for around $15), so maybe that helped. It does say on the bottle that it is an anti-inflammatory and that it helps maintain lipid levels

Op! I could of written you post word for word except I am 13weeks and never had this with DS!!! So far mine is only my face & neck, I'm just being more diligent with a night time routine and using a mary kay serum in the hope that it might resolve itself as my hormones calm down! But this is seriously one of the biggest not so nice side effects I've had to experience with pregnancy!!
Edit: a girlfriend did say to me "it must be a girl, sucking all your beauty!"...
