Default failsafe and low fat recipes

we have been failsafe for a few months now. However, i am looking for some new ideas appart from the usual veg & meat. I am finding it hard to adjust to the fact that i can't use pasta sauces any more, and cant use cheese because my dh has to eat low fat. Any ideas welcome.
