    I love wild rice, can't afford it often but it's so yummy

    Moslty we have brown rice, and sometimes white rice and then it's normally basmati due to it having a lower gi

    I just buy mine at Woolies from the SunRice brand. That's the cheapest I can find. I guess you can keep an eye on the specials, but I can't remember brown rice ever being on special in a catalogue...

    For some things I think that white is needed, white/jasmine. However mostly I prefer brown or sometimes a mix. I like the texture of brown.

    We tried brown rice last night for the first time and it was delicious! I don't think we will be eating white rice very often at all now. They only had teeny tiny packets of wild rice at Woolies and it was $3.70 for what looked like 3 or 4 table spoons of rice, does anyone know where you can buy it in larger packets?

    used to be brown rice, then I got preg with morning sickness throughout and eating brown rice everyday...now the scent, sight and taste of it makes me sick so basmatic/white rice it is
