I am the proud new owner of a slow cooker and I am loving it so far... makes evenings so much easier. Just wondering whether anyone has some curry recipes (spicy ones, not mild)?

I made chickpea curry today
2 tins of coconut cream
However much curry powder you normally use
2 tins of chickpeas
1/2 cup of chopped spinach
2 carrots, diced
1 zucchini, diced
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 red capsicum, diced
1/4 cup diced pumpkin
6 regular sized mushrooms, sliced
Add coconut cream and curry powder, mix well then add all other ingredients. Leave it to cook for 4 hours on high setting or 8 hours on slow setting.
