    Default Snakes and spiders

Just regarding the 'Snake Repelling Stakes' don't waste your money.

I am very good friends with a lot of snake catchers who have found snakes curled up around these.. Tony Harrison who is based on the Gold Coast had a video on YouTube I think of him relocating a snake found wrapped around one.

I understand people's fears of snakes.. But as mentioned earlier the quickest way to get bitten is trying to kill a snake... Call a catcher or remove yourself from the area and it will move on. Snakes WILL NOT chase you.

I'm not having a go at anyone.. Everyone has different fear levels and beliefs on different things.. Just wanted to save someone wasting there money on a gimmick

We have stacks of red backs and white tails, but I'm terrified of spiders so all spiders die in my house. I've also found centipedes inside the house (baby's bedroom). We really need to get a pest guy in to spray for creepy crawlies.

I haven't seen a snake in our yard yet, but our DS3 knows not to touch any spiders or snakes, and to let mum or dad know if he sees either.

I had heard this as well and then did more research into it and am confident in my choice.
A lot of the ones that don't "work" or have snakes coiled around them are actually turned off, broken or incorrectly installed.
