The Aldi pods are too big to fit in the slot in the Nepresso machine. The Nepresso pods are a bit smaller and therefore fit in the slot in the Aldi machine. My Mum has the Aldi machine but she reckons the coffee from the Nespresso range is nicer.

Totally agree. My coffee habit was getting very expensive, especially when DD started wanting babycino's and a biscuit! Only thing I find is I'm having two cups a day now where as before I was only having one. Still love my Nespresso though. So convenient and easy to clean.

I buy the pods from the nespresso store. The nespresso coffee is much much nicer than the Aldi brand. It's smoother, where as I find the Aldi one quite bitter.

On ebay you can buy refillable pods so you can ground the coffee of your choice.

ive only just replied on the aldi thread about their coffee machine lol but unfortunatley i dont have an aldi anywhere near me so was thinking about the woolies one however when i went and sussed it out today the only "different" flavour i could see was caramel and i would love hot choc and chai. There only $69 and milk frother $25 but like others have said 100mls is a bit low. I know i saw gloria jeans coffee pods but dont remember the other brand. Any other recommendations on milk frothers that would make a large batch???

my findings so far on ebay $16 for 5 reusable capsules, some one is selling aldi pods on ebay 5 packs (which is 80) for $52.80 so works out to be $10.56 for a pk or 0.66c each, i also found a site selling hot choc and chai powder in 1 kg bags $13.50 for chai and hot choc under $10 which im assuming would be handy with reusable pods. still looking for a milk frother tho
