Does anyone have any fruit or juice based ones with maybe a normal dinner meal with it?

any diet that involves cutting your diet back so drastically will not work for long term weight loss (infact when you gain it back, you usually gain back MORE than you lost)
use a website like calorie king, control your portions and get some exercise for long term weight loss

I eat a plant based gluten free no sugar diet.
ALWAYS Wake up and drink a big 750ml glass of water
Cup of green tea or peppermint tea
CADA- handful of coconut, almonds, madjool dates, apple all blitzed in a food processor
A 250ml coconut water (only cause of breastfeeding and working out)
Typical Juice that yields a litre
4 celery stalk inc leaves
1 cucumber
1 lemon
3 big kale or collard leaves
Half bunch parsley
Pineapple to taste
Lunch
salad with greens, toms, half avocado anything really, raw cold pressed oils with seeds sprinkled
Snacks
Fruit, bliss balls
raw chocolate
raw cakes
green smoothie
raw chocolate smoothie
Veggies and dips
Dinner
Asian stir fries small portion of rice
Vegan curries
Vegan salads
Vegan and gluten free wraps
Dessert
Raw choc mousse
Fruit
Coconut yoghurt
Raw ice cream
Ok so I don't consume ALL of those things in a day but sometimes I indulge with the snack department!!!!

My advice would be, whatever u decide to do to lose weight, it needs to be realistic enough to do forever, otherwise weight gain is inevitable.
I stick to a diet low in carbs, high in protein.
Example ;
Breakfast is yogurt with protein powder mixed in, with berries(blueberries or raspberries or blackberries) and a little bit of cluster crunch
Lunch is tuna or chicken with tomato avacado and a good light cheese
Arvo tea will be an up n go energize
Dinner, grilled protein and salad or vegies.

The 15 day diet works really well.
It's not for only 15 days total either.
