What relevance does the fact she was having s3x have to do with the case?
She could have been laying in bed alone and it still may have happened. Or jumped onto the bed to watch tv, and bumped the wall.
I'm disgusted that the fact she was having s3x has been made public. Who would want their s3x life discussed by total strangers?

Would it be such a big circus if she was doing anything other then having sex when she sustained injuries? Not likely.
The woman was on work time. She was injured. She's entitled to a claim.

Ouch, she must have some awful injuries
I've had a workers comp claim. I had a no fault car accident while getting lunch. I'm not sure what was worse, the car accident or making a claim.

People with genuine work injuries get rejected regularly. Yet this woman who was NOT working at the time does get compo (yes she was away but it was her own choice and time to hook up with a 'friend' and have $ex at 11pm). This is the part I find a joke - just my opinion, everyone is entitled to their own.
I travel for work regularly - domestic and OS - and if a light fitting FELL on me causing injuries, then I would definitely be pursuing the motel for negligence or possibly work comp if suitable.
However if it was me ripping or knocking it off the wall from rough $ex, there's no way I'd be bringing this to my employers attention. I wouldn't find this their responsibility at all and also wouldn't want the humiliation. Suppressed names doesn't mean her colleagues won't know who she is and what she did in her private time now.

In many industries, workers are covered during work hours even if they are not directly working. Since she was away for work, she is covered.
